Are you a fluent Russian speaker?  If so we have a unique and exciting position.

Option A will shortly be recruiting and housing a large number of Russian speaking workers and are looking for an assistant to join our team to help manage this project.

Your duties will be wide and varied, ranging from helping to manage accommodation for 110 people, ensuring safety checks and accommodation compliance, communicating with our workers, arranging transport, visits to doctors, shops and sightseeing.

You must be a good communicator, able to build a rapport with a wide range of people and personalities.    You will be supported by our HR & Compliance officer and recruitment consultants but we really value people who can use their initiative and judgement to solve problems.

The role will mostly be Monday -Friday, 8 hours per day and we can offer flexible working and your hours may vary to ensure that you are able to support people on all shifts, though this is not a night shift role.

We will look at any precious experience but if you either worked in recruitment or in hotel management that would be an advantage.  More though that that is an appetite to work hard with a desire to work as part of a team.

This is a role will be a 6 month contract initially but will likely be permanent.

Ideally you will have a driving license due to location but we may be able to offer onsite accommodation for the right person.
