Established in 2012 initially as an in house supply function for Drysdales, Option A has now grown and diversified to supply a full range of temporary and permanent staff to over a hundred clients.

He is a very important worker for one of our biggest clients and his hard work and skills are applied in his current role of Supervisor. Monika joined OptionA in October 2013. Monika roles mainly involve factory work in the autumn and winter and then assisting in as part of our fields teams in the spring and summer with planting and weeding. In her free time Monika is exploring beautiful country side of Scottish Borders.

Gian Carlo joined Option A in the Autumn of 2017 and had been visiting many European countries before coming to the U.K. Gian, who is originally from Brazil was placed by Option A at Greenvale AP and quickly established himself as the go-to-guy on his shift. Gian was promoted to a ‘Super Temp’ position and eventually left Option A to work full time for Greenvale AP. Option A encourage our workers to apply for permanent positions and we wish Gian all the best for the future.
