Are you an experienced Commercial Director / Managing Director / Commercial Site Lead / Commercial Manager with experience in the meat processing industry?
This a rare opportunity for you to take on full site responsibility for a pork processing company that is part of one of the UK’s largest and most successful meat suppliers.
Operating from a modern site, with around 100 employees, you will be tasked with leading the site, with an emphasis on developing sales and aligning production with these sales.
Reporting to the Group Chief Executive you will have full site P&L responsibility. This will include overseeing production, through an experienced factory manager, whom you will work closely with to ensure that production is fully aligned with customer demands and sales.
Your focus will then be to lead the sales (you have an existing team), growing the site’s sales, predominantly to the retail butchery sector in addition to its existing multiple business.
