Position Summary: As a broccoli cutter, you will play a vital role in our production process, ensuring that our broccoli is harvested and prepared to the highest standards. This job requires being outdoors in all weather conditions and is physically demanding. The roll mainly consists of cutting broccoli with a knife. This is done by following the tractor in the field. This job suits someone who enjoys the outdoors and is physically fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Harvest and cut broccoli according to established guidelines and quality standards.
• Inspect broccoli for quality, discarding any damaged or subpar produce.
• Safely operate cutting tools and machinery.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines.
• Reliable and punctual.
