Would you like to work in a role with the following responsibilities?

  • Working with technical management to ensure all products and manufacturing sites conform to quality standards, policies and regulatory requirements liaising with factories, European quality team and commercial functions
  • Act as a key interface between the UK retailers and the manufacturing sites; focusing primarily on customer own-label products.
  • Prepare and lead customer quality meetings, technical visits or audits of sites
  • Quality KPI’s reporting and compliance working with Quality Analyst to follow key trends, non-conformances and corrective actions
  • Implement and lead quality action plans with Customers
  • Lead the quality elements on projects to ensure all customer requirements are met and delivered to the critical path and gate process.
  • Driving Technical standards to enhance best practice
  • This role involves a significant amount of both national and international travel
