About Option A:
Option A is a dynamic and rapidly growing temporary recruitment firm, we’ve recently opened our 5th office in centre of the city of Dundee, in response to massive customer demand. We are now looking to expand our team to grow what has the potential to become our biggest office.

Position Overview:

Every day will be different, from coordinating recruitment with our partners in Uzbekistan and Romania to registering workers in our city centre Dundee office to visiting customers across Fife and Tayside to solve our customers problems.

You will be instrumental to ensuring we have enough workers in the right places at the right time with the right skills. In this fast paced role you will be interviewing, creating advertising and social media campaigns, visiting and liaising with customers and scheduling our team of temps and seasonal workers from around the world.

  • Scheduling & Planning
  • Documentation and Compliance

Experience & Skills:

Whilst experience in recruitment and seasonal workers would be ideal we are happy to look at transferable skills that we can develop further

  • A passion for delivery, with ability to overcome and solve problems
  • Stellar communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking talents.
  • Fluency in Romanian and English, Russian would also be nice – a linguistic superhero!
  • A deep understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • An eye for detail and a passion for thinking outside the box.
  • Driving license.
  • Ambition and hard work.
